We are looking for a candidate to help the customers by listening to their queries and assisting them accordingly.Some of the roles, responsibilities and skills required are:- Must speak HINDI/URDU and ENGLISH (Arabic is a plus).- Excellent communication abilities, including written and verbal communication.- Handle calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner.- Answer phones and messages, respond to customer requests and clarify the desired information.- Follow-up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved.- Take the extra mile to engage and help the customers.- Previous call center customer service experience is required.- Skills preferred: 3CX, Zendesk, FreshDesk, Bitrix24*This is not a typical telemarketing role where you’ll be asked to generate leads or achieve targets on monthly basis, it’s just a customer support position to provide better assistance and resolve our customer concerns*————————————————-Location: Al Barsha 1Working Hours: 6 PM – 10 PM (CSRs can be called in the morning shift as well, if needed)No. of Positions: 1*Visa: Candidate must have a residence visa**Salary: 20 AED per hour for English + hindi/urdu speaker25 AED per hour for English + hindi/urdu + Arabic speaker.* Language:English (Required)Hindi (Required)Urdu (Preferred)Arabic (Preferred)*Visa: Candidate must have a residence visa*
