Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism.Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.Schedule appointments.Maintain front desk operations and office organization.Provide basic information about listings and services.Support customer service by resolving or directing client concerns.Assist with administrative tasks and document handling.Ensure a welcoming and tidy reception area. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk roles.Presentable, friendly, and professional with excellent communication skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Willing to learn and grow within a dynamic real estate environment.Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
