Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Executive to join our client’s dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer interactions, accurate order processing, and efficient sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
– Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and data management.
– Maintain accurate records using ERP systems such as Salesforce, Epicor, or similar platforms.
– Prepare reports and data analysis using Excel, including Pivot tables.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
– 3-5 years of experience in customer service and sales support roles.
– Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables).
– Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Salesforce, Epicor, or similar).
– Currently based in Dubai.
– Excellent command of the English language.
