Customer Service and CRM Officer

Job description

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is currently seeking a full-time onsite Customer Service and CRM Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Customer Service and CRM Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations, as well as managing and analyzing customer data to improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Executive will be responsible for collaborating with other teams to ensure consistent and accurate data collection, management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, CRM, or related field
• Demonstrated experience with CRM, data management, and analysis software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer complaints and escalations effectively and professionally
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Located in Abu Dhabi and able to work onsite
