Tips: The Customer Care Officer is responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience by handling client interactions, processing leads, and ensuring smooth on-boarding and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Creation and processing of all leads
• Tracking changes in lead status (monthly report)
• Client registration, verification of all documents, creation of deferred payment agreements, and client registration in ERP
• Responding to incoming client inquiries (Email, WhatsApp, Phone)
• Targeted client calls upon request from the sales department (events, inquiries, special offers, surveys)
• Calling clients who haven’t made purchases for a “certain period” with the aim of re-engagement
• Client on-boarding – calls with the “first package” (How we work, how to use the online market, delivery days to remote regions)
• Presentation of the Online Market and app download (KPI)
• Periodic client calls to check satisfaction
• Collection and updating of client documents (expired and new)


Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; experience in customer service or telesales.

CRM and ERP Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM systems and ERP platforms for client registration and lead management.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

Customer Service: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client inquiries and complaints professionally.

Lead Management: Experience in processing leads, tracking status, and generating reports.

Sales and Re-engagement: Ability to identify opportunities, follow up with inactive clients, and drive re-engagement.

Organisational Skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

On-boarding and Training: Ability to onboard clients and provide clear guidance on company processes.

Data Management: Collecting, updating, and maintaining accurate client records.

Professionalism and Confidentiality: Maintain professionalism and protect client data

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
