AED 5,000.00 per month – (based on Experience & Performance)

Job Description:

Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Executive – Air Freight to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling air freight shipments, Pricing , coordinating with airlines, Overseas Agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage air freight shipments from Pricing to final delivery.
• Coordinate with airlines, Overseas Agents, and customers for shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including AWBs
• Ensure compliance with local and international air cargo regulations.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to clients.
• Handle freight rate negotiations and cost control.
• Work closely with the customs clearance team for smooth cargo handling.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Experience in Air Freight Pricing & Operations.
• Strong knowledge of air cargo procedures, Pricing, documentation, and regulations.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems and freight forwarding software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
