About the Role
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior CRM Developers to join our dynamic team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals with deep expertise in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and API integrations. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM using C#, JavaScript, Dynamics SDK, and Plug-ins.
Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems through API integrations, Web Services, and custom connectors.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop custom workflows, business process flows, and entities to meet business needs.
Ensure CRM solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing CRM applications.
Provide technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials.
Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 releases, features, and best practices.
Mentor and support junior developers and consultants within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK.
Proven experience in API integration and working with REST/SOAP Web Services.
Hands-on experience with developing custom workflows, plug-ins, and Power Platform components.
Solid understanding of CRM data structures, security models, and business processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
