Al-Ghanim International is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator for Kahlifa Community Schools project with 5-7 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background and expertise in managing and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.-Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts related to construction projects.-Ensure all contractual obligations are met and align with project requirements.-Manage contract modifications, claims, and dispute resolution.-Work closely with project teams, legal advisors, and stakeholders.-Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to contract administration. Requirements: -5-7 years of experience in contract administration in the construction industry.-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. -Strong understanding of construction contracts, FIDIC, and UAE contract law. -Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. -Candidates residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE, are highly preferred.
