Salary: CA$100,000 – CA$130,000 (Based on experience)

PrideNow is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to join our client’s dynamic team in Windsor, Ontario.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead daily on-site construction activities in collaboration with the project management team
• Schedule trades, materials, and deliveries to meet project deadlines and budget goals
• Ensure site safety in compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Implement the latest drawings, specifications, and details to ensure construction accuracy
• Maintain daily site logs and updates using Procore, communicating regularly with clients and consultants
• Perform miscellaneous tasks including light carpentry, site organization, and general clean-up when required

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in ground-up and tenant fit-out commercial/retail/hospitality construction
• Experience with projects in retail, automotive retail, fitness centers, restaurants, and hotels preferred
• Multi-unit residential construction experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong understanding of the complete building process from start to finish
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with all project stakeholders
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project is an asset
• Post-secondary education or trade school accreditation is beneficial but not mandatory
• Must be fluent in English and open to flexible hours including potential night work or phased renovations
• Willingness to travel across Canada as required, with weekly return trips home
