We’re seeking a reliable, customer-focused Residential Security Guard to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for those who value flexibility while ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.
Position Details:
• Job Type: Casual (On-call, flexible shifts)
• Location: Residential site in Barrie, Ontario
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct foot patrols of residential premises (interior and exterior).
• Monitor CCTV and control access for residents/visitors.
• Accept and log parcels; manage amenity bookings.
• Enforce Trespass to Property Act and community rules.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service to residents.
• Complete detailed incident reports for security events.
• Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, or disturbances.
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License.
• 1+ year of residential security experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to stay alert and courteous during shifts.
• Basic computer skills (email, incident reporting software).

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $17.41 per hour

Education:
