Position 1: TechnicianJob Responsibilities:
• Assemble, upgrade, and repair gaming PCs, laptops, and consoles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform case modding, liquid cooling installations, and other customization work.
• Install and configure gaming peripherals and accessories.
• Provide on-site technical support through our mobile service vans.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest gaming hardware trends and technologies.
Requirements:
• Experience in PC building, troubleshooting, and hardware repairs.
• Knowledge of gaming components, overclocking, and cooling solutions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
Position 2: SalesmanJob Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting gaming PCs, peripherals, and accessories.
• Explain technical specifications and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store/display in the van.
• Promote FLC G Labs’ products and services to increase sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend gaming events and exhibitions to showcase products.
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience in electronics, gaming, or tech-related fields.
• Passion for gaming and strong knowledge of gaming hardware.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team.
• UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
