Job Description:

As a Complaints Manager, you will be responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently. Your role involves analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and experience in managing customer relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of complaints and resolutions
  • Work with various departments to improve customer service
  • Provide reports on complaint trends and insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
