We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with prior experience in the Mobile Trading business and a solid understanding of QuickBooks. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and assisting with reporting for our growing trading business.Key Responsibilities:Record and reconcile daily trading transactions and payment activity.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks, including journals, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements.Assist in monthly closing procedures, financial reporting, and analysis.Prepare profit/loss summaries and transaction reports specific to mobile trading operations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Support audit and tax filing processes when required.Handle data entry, petty cash management, and other general accounting tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a Mobile Trading.Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.Excellent Excel and data organisation skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Based in UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
