Job Description
As a Commercial Operations Specialist focused on the MENA region, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the commercial operations of the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient commercial process, from contract negotiations to order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities Support the sales team in contract negotiations and preparation of commercial agreements. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Monitor and manage pricing to maximize profitability while remaining competitive. Develop and implement sales and operations processes to improve efficiency. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Provide support and training to sales teams on commercial processes and tools. Drive continuous improvement in commercial operations through data analysis and process optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in commercial operations or sales support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
