Collection Officer || Walk In Interview || 12-Apr-2025

Looking for Collection Officer for one of our offices located in Sharjah.

Requirement:

• Previous experience working as a Collections Officer (preferred).
• Call center or customer services experience will also be considered.
• Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Patience and resilience.
• Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
• Negotiate suitable payment plans.
• Write notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
• Start legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field.
