We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and reliable Cafe Crew Member – Coffee Helper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and enjoys working in a lively, fast-paced environment. You’ll assist the baristas and cafe team with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service, clean surroundings, and satisfied customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist baristas in preparing coffee and beveragesClean and maintain coffee machines and equipmentRestock coffee supplies, milk, syrups, cups, and other essentialsClear tables and keep the cafe area clean and invitingTake and serve simple orders when neededSupport in food prep, packaging, and display as requiredHandle basic cleaning tasks at the start and end of shiftsFollow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all timesProvide excellent customer service with a cheerful attitude Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in a café, F&B, or customer service role is a plusBasic knowledge of coffee machines or interest in learningGood communication and interpersonal skillsPunctual, hardworking, and team-orientedPhysically fit and able to handle standing and light liftingA positive attitude and a willingness to learn
