Role Overview

As a Freelance Coach, you will provide personalized guidance and support to clients through virtual sessions. You will help them achieve their health, fitness, mental well-being, or career goals based on your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions via online platforms.
• Assess client needs and develop customized action plans.
• Provide motivation, accountability, and expert advice to clients.
• Track client progress and make necessary adjustments to coaching strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and coaching best practices.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Certification in coaching (life coaching, fitness coaching, nutrition, mental health, or related fields).
• Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules.
• Familiarity with virtual coaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate wellness programs.
• Background in psychology, fitness, nutrition, or HR coaching.
• Knowledge of behavioral change techniques.
