Cluster Manager ( Dubai Hotels)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with hotels to secure contracts.

Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Negotiate and close deals for home healthcare services.

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service execution.

Represent AIMS Healthcare at industry events and networking forums.

Track sales performance and market trends to optimize strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in hospitality.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
