About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux/HPC Administrator to join our team at Fluid Codes. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers using Ansys products.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in computer systems support, administration, and/or software development.

Preferred qualifications include experience with supporting Linux-based computer systems, familiarity with license-controlled software concepts and tools, and experience deploying and administering an HPC system using Cluster Job Management Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostics and troubleshooting activities to resolve customer issues related to HPC features of Ansys products
• Develop custom extensions to cater to HPC environments of customers
• Apply advanced-level Ansys software configuration, integration, and troubleshooting techniques to provide top-notch technical support
• Adhere to support processes to ensure high-quality, timely customer service that results in customer satisfaction
• Participate in other strategic team and company initiatives, as needed
