As the Clinic Operations Specialist, you will oversee and manage all areas of health services within Emirates Group Medical Services. Working closely with the Clinic Services Manager, you will support the development of service offerings while ensuring the delivery of a well-organised, cost-effective, and evidence-based standard of care. In this role, you will: Develop and maintain a strong reputation for clinical excellence and outstanding customer service, providing strategic leadership to ensure high standards are achieved and sustained across the service. Collaborate closely with the Clinic Services Manager to ensure the cost-effective and timely coordination of departmental services. Manage the operational budget responsibly, driving cost-saving initiatives and implementing effective cost-control measures accross the clinics. Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive framework aimed at optimising quality, operational performance, and clinical governance. Lead the enhancement of processes related to service improvement, medical ethics, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and quality assurance. Work collaboratively with Medical Services management to ensure alignment of operational practices with broader business and clinical goals. Oversee the provision of high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting to the Clinic Services Manager, ensuring data supports informed decision-making. Lead the planning, design, and implementation of educational and professional development programmes to support the continuous upskilling of both clinical and non-clinical staff. Foster a strong culture of management support, teamwork, and people development across the service, championing staff engagement and leadership at all levels. Qualification To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 8 years experience in Medical Administration within a medical or safety-related setting. A degree in a health-related field. Proven experience in the healthcare sector, with at least two years in a leadership or management position. Demonstrated expertise in clinical operations management within a medium to large healthcare organisation. Preference will be given to candidates with experience across both clinical and managerial spheres of healthcare. You will have an edge if you have: A forward-thinking approach to patient care, with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong management and leadership capabilities, including team development and operational oversight. Eligibility for professional licensing in a health-related field, preferably with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
