Indian Chef – Leading Resort Company in Egypt

A market-leading resort company in Egypt is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to lead the creation of authentic, traditional Indian menus and train a talented culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in Indian food, presentation and production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare traditional Indian dishes, ensuring authentic flavours and presentation.
• Train, mentor, and develop the local kitchen team in Indian cooking techniques and culinary standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary leadership team to create seasonal menus and special events.
• Maintain high-quality food production and consistency across all dishes.

Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience as an Indian Chef with a strong background in traditional cuisine.
• International culinary experience is essential.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and authenticity.

What’s on Offer:
