Now Hiring:
Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
Full-Time & Part-Time | Start Date: August 1st, 2025
We’re looking for instructors who are:
• Certified in Reformer Pilates by a recognized institution (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Polestar, etc.)
• Legally eligible to work in Dubai (with appropriate visa or freelance permit)
• Able to register with Dubai Sports Council or DHA if required
• Skilled in leading group classes and private sessions
• Personable, professional, and confident in client communication
• Strong in soft sales — converting trials into memberships is key
Compensation:
• Base pay + commission on private sessions and client packages
• Strong earning potential with studio-generated and corporate leads
• Growth opportunities as the studio expands
