CCTV Monitoring:Monitor multiple CCTV feeds in real-time to ensure security and safety within assigned premises.Identify suspicious or unusual activities and escalate issues according to company procedures.Incident Management:Respond promptly to alarms and security alerts.Record and report all incidents, accidents, or breaches accurately and timely.Video Surveillance Review:Retrieve and review CCTV footage as requested for investigations.Save and archive relevant footage while maintaining chain-of-custody protocols.System Maintenance Support:Report malfunctions or issues with surveillance equipment to the technical team.Ensure CCTV systems are functioning correctly at all times.Access Control Monitoring:Monitor and control access to restricted areas through the surveillance system.Support guards and access control staff by verifying identities and entry logs.Coordination and Communication:Maintain effective communication with on-ground security personnel.Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.Compliance and Documentation:Follow PSBD guidelines and company SOPs strictly.Maintain logs and records of daily activities, incidents, and maintenance checks. Education and Certification:High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).Valid PSBD license (Abu Dhabi PSBD preferred).Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a CCTV operator or in a similar surveillance role.Familiarity with modern CCTV and security systems (IP-based, PTZ cameras, NVRs, etc.).Skills and Competencies:Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Good verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus).Basic IT and computer literacy (MS Office, CCTV software).Other Requirements:Physically and mentally fit for the role.Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.Clean criminal record and good conduct certificate (as per PSBD requirements).
