Job Description:
Al Amal Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately.
• Provide information about medical services, doctors, and available treatments.
• Assist patients with insurance and payment inquiries.
• Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the system.
• Coordinate with the medical and administrative team for smooth workflow.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, cancellations, and service feedback.
Requirements:
• Female Arabic speaker (fluency in English is a plus).
• Previous experience in a medical call center or healthcare customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic procedures is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and appointment scheduling systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle patient concerns professionally.
