Call Center Agent – Arabic & English Speaker Location: Attraxia Polyclinic, Al Hudaiba Awards Building, Block B – M11, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-time Salary: To be discussed upon interviewJob OverviewAttraxia Polyclinic is looking for a skilled Call Center Agent who can effectively manage inbound and outbound calls, handle patient inquiries, and convert leads into appointments. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and preferably have experience in the medical field.Key Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Calls:• Answer patient calls regarding clinic services, appointments, and general inquiries.• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups.• Provide accurate information about medical procedures and treatments. Lead Conversion & Patient Engagement:• Handle inquiries from potential patients and guide them through the booking process.• Convert leads into scheduled appointments by providing compelling service explanations.• Follow up with patients to maintain engagement and retention.
