Cabin Services Assistant
About the Role:
• This role is responsible for ensuring that our First Class customers have a delightful experience in our onboard Shower Spas.
• The primary area of responsibility is Shower Spa cleanliness and personalisation, as well as maintaining First, Business and Economy Class lavatories, First and Business Class Lounges and general cabin areas to project a positive company image.
• Cleaning designated aircraft areas is also a key part of this role, without overlapping or replacing normal Cabin Crew service duties.
• The Cabin Services Assistant will report to the Purser or SFS, should they be unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
• To monitor, organise, hygienically clean and personalise the A380 Shower Spas.
• To maintain First, Business and Economy Class lavatories, First and Business Class Lounges and general cabin areas to meet required standards.
• To create an aesthetically pleasing, clean and safe working environment by conducting cabin tidy duties.
• To report any defects or issues to the Purser or SFS.
• To respect and protect company assets, the safety of colleagues and customers by immediately reporting any discrepancies or suspicious items.
• To report for duty on time and ensure conformance to uniform regulations.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience with an international hotel chain/airline/world class service provider.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
