Brand Manager – Social Media & Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-savvy Brand Manager with a strong background in social media and digital marketing. This role is all about bringing our brand to life across social channels and digital platforms, ensuring consistency, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with our audience and drive awareness, affinity, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute brand strategies across social and digital platforms that align with the overall brand vision and business goals.

• Social Media Leadership:

Own and manage the brand’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity.

• Content Planning & Collaboration:

Work with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing, engaging content (campaigns, posts, stories, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform. Plan and execute brand campaigns across social channels, from concept through launch and optimization. Monitor key brand and campaign metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment, conversions) and provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance. Grow and engage our social communities, identifying and activating brand advocates, influencers, and user-generated content opportunities. Collaborate closely with product marketing, PR, paid media, and eCommerce teams to ensure brand alignment and cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.

• 3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on social media and digital channels.
• Proven ability to grow brand presence and engagement on social platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Experience with content creation processes, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Later, etc.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Self-starter with a creative eye and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Pay:

AED7,000.00 – AED14,000.00 per month
