Greet all customers warmly when they visit the showroom.Guide them to the right person or department (sales/service).Help collect and update customer contact details.Follow up with customers from marketing campaigns and social media.Make cold calls to potential clients to promote the brand.Share product information with customers when sales executives are not available.Arrange and coordinate test drives (join the customer if needed).Support various admin tasks for the dealership.Take customer feedback or complaints and share them with the right team.Keep the reception area neat and professional.Always maintain a friendly and professional appearance. Freshers can applyRetail or customer service experience.Experience in the luxury segment is preferred.Automotive industry experience is a big plus.Fluent in English.Friendly, patient, and a good listener.Comfortable using social media for promotions.Passion for customer service and sales.
