Position: Bookkeeper / Data entry
We are looking to hire a bookkeeper for our Dubai office. Must have 1 year experience with Quick Books Online.
Job Requirements:
• Must have knowledge and experience with UAE VAT filing
• Must be fluent in English and have great communication skills
• Must have at least one month valid visa
• Must have 1 year experience in Quick Books Online
• Must have a bachelor’s degree
Job Responsibilities:
• Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
• Accounts receivable
• Audit bills and statements from vendors
• Processing payments
• Record and verify daily banking activities
• Reconciling bank statements and clients’ statements
• Generate Profit & Loss Reports monthly and yearly
Company is only providing Visa and Salary. Accommodation and transportation are already included in the salary package.
