Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for fit-out civil projects, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to project specifications.Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate design changes effectively, providing timely updates to the models.Conduct clash detection and resolution processes, identifying potential conflicts between various building systems before construction begins.Prepare high-quality visualizations and 3D renderings to support project presentations and stakeholder reviews.Generate and manage construction documentation, including shop drawings and material schedules, for seamless project execution.Participate in project coordination meetings, providing technical insights and solutions to enhance project workflows.Utilize BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks to optimize model performance and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM management and documentation.Train and mentor junior staff in BIM processes and software, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies, implementing innovative solutions to improve project outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, showcasing a strong educational foundation.Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling specifically for fit-out civil projects.Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, ensuring technical competency.Certifications in BIM management or related fields, demonstrating commitment to professional development in the industry.Strong understanding of construction processes and material specifications, enabling effective model creation.Ability to communicate fluently in English, with additional language skills considered a valuable asset.Demonstrated experience in clash detection and resolution, showcasing problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
