Job description
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Collections Administrator to support our client’s on-site operations in Mississauga. This role requires fluency in English and a strong understanding of the collections process. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts, issuing formal termination notices, and working with customers to resolve outstanding balances in a professional and timely manner.Key Responsibilities:Initiate outbound calls and send emails to customers with overdue accounts to arrange paymentIssue formal notices of account termination to customers who remain unpaid after multiple remindersRespond to inbound calls from customers regarding their overdue accounts, billing issues, or payment arrangementsClearly explain account balances, payment options, and consequences of non-paymentMonitor and manage the collections shared inbox and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptlyDocument all collection activities accurately within internal systemsFollow internal procedures to escalate unresolved accountsCoordinate with internal departments to confirm service status, payment receipt, and account historyTrack and manage pre-authorized payment rejections and assist customers in re-establishing payment methodsSupport month-end reporting related to collections activities
