Barista/Waitress

Job description

Philippine’s barista needed with good customer service and target oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of Speciality coffee beverages.
• inventory and stock counting
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and answering questions about the menu
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
• Operate coffee equipment and machinery, ensuring quality standards are met
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista and customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and passion for great coffee
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [5 kg.]
