Barista Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more.
• Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality standards and according to customer preferences.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
• Ensure inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies is well-stocked and inform management when stock is low.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering their questions, and addressing concerns.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and different brewing methods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Waiter/Waitress Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The successful candidates will provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the dining area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while serving food and drinks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
