Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in bartending, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Train, mentor, and manage bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food preparation.
• Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in coffee within the food industry; knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience in interviewing potential staff members is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
