Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner* Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to banquet specifications and guest preferences* Set up banquet spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and required tableware as per event setup plans* Clear and reset tables during and after events, maintaining cleanliness and order* Coordinate with kitchen and event teams to ensure timely food delivery and replenishment* Address guest inquiries or complaints politely, resolving them promptly* Follow proper food handling and hygiene standards, complying with health and safety regulations* Assist with moving furniture, setting up event equipment, and handling logistics as needed Job Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or banquet setting* Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel systems preferred* Strong customer service skills with attention to detail* Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure during high-volume events* Good physical stamina and ability to handle event setup tasks* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus* Hospitality background with a passion for events and guest satisfaction What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits* Work environment aboard one of the world s most unique luxury venues* Professional growth opportunities within the hotel and wider Accor group* Employee discounts on hotel dining, wellness, and leisure services* A dynamic team environment where your contribution makes an impact
