Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of a variety of desserts, including cheesecakes, mousse cakes, honey cake, cookies, and brownies.
• Prepares/produces/bakes breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes, in order to contribute the overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow established recipes and techniques to ensure consistent quality and flavor

Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
• Skilled in creating, preparing/producing and decorating pastries and cakes.
• Knife handling, pastry & baked goods knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
