Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and AV (Audio-Visual) projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to specified requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availabil
ity of required materials.
• Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Assist in developing project schedules, manpower requirements, and ensuring execution aligns with defined milestones.
• Prepare detailed method statements, obtain client approvals, and ensure strict adherence to approved procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform project engineering duties for small to medium-sized projects, focusing on ELV and AV system coordination.
• Attend weekly client meetings and prepare comprehensive progress reports to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Identify and resolve critical design issues promptly, making necessary adjustments and securing required approvals.
• Coordinate with estimation engineers to obtain new pricing for approved project changes.
• Monitor and report on factors impacting project progress, and, when necessary, reassess schedules and priorities to optimize time and resources.
• Oversee testing and commissioning processes, including submitting inspection requests and preparing catalogues and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals upon client approval.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with top management and stakeholders, providing updates and detailed reports as required.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations to improve project outcomes and processes.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing ELV and AV projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of ELV systems, including security, surveillance, and home automation.
• Proficiency in AV technologies such as digital signage, conferencing systems, control rooms, and integrated AV solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to guide and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards specific to Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Pay:

AED5,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
