About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Attendant to join the Housekeeping team in Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
• Be aware of the room status and public areas of the assigned blocks, and proceed to take the required actions to keep them clean and tidy. Perform routine cleaning duties as below in designated areas such as bedroom, bathroom, common areas, floor corridor etc.
• Inspect and report damaged, missing, or unpleasant conditions (e.g. smells, broken items) to supervisors.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping trolley and supplies, following standard replenishment procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly; keep all tools clean and in good condition.
• Adhere to Jumeirah’s standards, including safety, security, and hygiene protocols.
• Cooperate with team members, maintain a professional appearance, and perform other related duties as needed.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• One or two years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury property.
• Proficient in English, additional language is desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Team Player with adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity.
