Our client is a growing boutique firm that works at the intersection of talent and strategy. Their leadership team includes former CHROs from Fortune 500 companies and former Partners from McKinsey, Bain, and BCG. They partner with organizations to solve their most critical talent and organizational challenges. They are seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join their team and help drive high-impact client engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements from inception to delivery on topics such as organization design, workforce strategy, leadership development, and other talent-related challenges. Partner closely with client executives to understand business needs and design tailored solutions. Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and thought leadership. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and client relationship management. Support the firm s growth by mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge building. Qualifications Proven experience as a management/strategy consultant Significant exposure to organization design, talent strategy, or human capital projects. Strong leadership, client management, and team development skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
