Program Summary
Graduate Launch Program 2025 – Associate Analyst, Account & Product Management
This 18-month global development initiative provides recent graduates with hands-on experience and exposure across Mastercard. Participants complete two 9-month rotations to expand their capabilities and discover diverse career paths. It’s more than a job—it’s a career launchpad at Mastercard.

For 2025, Graduate Launch positions are available in the following tracks:
Product Management
Support data interpretation while accounting for context and potential inconsistencies
Understand Mastercard’s operations and the value creation process within the payments chain
Build awareness of key business issues and stakeholders through research and analysis
Ask insightful questions to translate business requirements into functional outcomes
Account Management
Define and implement customer-specific sales strategies in line with regional goals, focusing on volume, revenue, and market share growth
Manage ongoing client relationships and identify new opportunities
Collaborate with clients to offer tailored solutions and strategic support
Oversee pipeline activities at the account level
Eligibility Criteria
Must be available to start on 3rd March 2025 or 1st September 2025
Must be in final year of study or recently graduated (not earlier than September 2024) in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
Must hold a valid UAE visa
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
Strategic mindset with strong conceptual thinking
Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with excellent analytical and strategic thinking
