NOTAM Function
Preparing NOTAM when requested in accordance with ICAO regulations
Provide support for the efficient running of 24-hour NOTAM office
Prepare and distribute NOTAM summary
NOTAM Database and Records
Maintain and update the NOTAM database
Maintain the records of NOTAM requests and published NOTAMs
AIS Quality and Audit
Record queries related to NOTAM and maintained all related statistics
Initiate, investigate and clarify queries received
Participate as a member of AIS Safety Committee
Procedure s documentation
Update the LAISI with the latest and correct procedures
Reporting
Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards
Other Tasks/ Accountability
Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
Knowledge and Experiences:
Minimum High School degree or equivalent from a recognized institution with no previous experience
