Job Description:
• Responsible for liaising with all levels of customers regarding their queries on product, quotes, orders, order status, dispatch details and other request
• Responsible for providing customers with complete and accurate product specifications, Liaise with workshop/store regarding the availability of stock, Specifications, quotations, delivery Schedules, etc.
• Responsible for checking specifications and quotes prior to order placement
• Provide internal assistance when needed with Accounts Receivables in the collection of outstanding invoices
• Responsible for preparing sales order report; Providing guidelines and training for improvising the customer service
• Develop and maintain effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the product/services of company
• Building long term relationship with key stakeholders, gain industry knowledge through communication and research
• Arranging and participating in meetings with clients; Ensure client requests are responded on time with accuracy
• Coordinate with production to support and ensure completion of job on time
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
