Job Title: Assistant NurseJob Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of nursing care to patients, supporting the healthcare team, and ensuring a high standard of patient care in line with the policies and procedures of the healthcare facility. The Assistant Nurse must possess the DHA Eligibility Letter for nursing in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Assist registered nurses and doctors in providing quality patient care.Monitor and record vital signs of patients, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the nursing team or physicians.Provide personal care to patients, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and feeding when required.Maintain patient records and document all nursing interventions and patient progress.Assist with patient mobility, turning, and positioning in bed.Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of medical equipment and patient care areas.Observe and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.Support patients and their families by providing comfort and answering inquiries about care.Assist in preparing and setting up medical equipment for procedures or tests.Participate in nursing shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines at all times. Requirements:Education: A valid nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution.Certification: DHA Eligibility Letter (or DHA License) to work as a nurse in the UAE.Experience: A minimum of [2-4] years of experience as an Assistant Nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinical environment.Skills:Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and nursing practices.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team.Knowledge of medical and safety protocols.Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.Language: Proficiency in English Working Hours: [Full-time/Shift-based hours as applicable]
