Job Description About The Role As an Assistant Manager, Royal Beach you will support the Outdoor Operations Manager in the planning and day-to-day execution of outlet operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial targets. Your focus will be on maintaining service excellence in line with brand standards, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams, optimizing stock control, and driving revenue through strategic upselling. You will lead briefings, manage service quality, monitor hygiene standards, and act as the outlet lead in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Your proactive approach to guest feedback, staff coaching, and operational innovation plays a key role in the outlet s ongoing success. About You You are a dynamic and driven hospitality professional with a passion for food and beverage excellence and at least 2 years of experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or restaurant setting. With strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, you thrive under pressure and are confident in leading a team by example. You are well-groomed, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with solid business acumen including P&L awareness, trend insight, and proficiency in MS Office. You take pride in setting high standards, continuously improving service quality, and inspiring your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
