Job Role: Assistant Event Manager
Think of this job as part planner, part firefighter, part mind-reader. As our Assistant Event Manager, you’ll help bring epic events to life—without losing your cool or your clipboard.
You’ll coordinate, schedule, troubleshoot, and possibly fetch snacks for VIPs who only eat purple grapes. It’s fast, fun, and keeps you on your toes (comfy shoes highly recommended).
Requirements
Must love crowds—but from a safe, strategic distance.
Can stay calm when everything’s running late (which is always).
Able to answer three questions at once without blinking.
Has strong opinions about cable tape.
Can find Wi-Fi in any corner of any venue.
Good at smiling while silently panicking.
Knows event magic is 90% planning, 10% caffeine.
Can survive on coffee, teamwork, and last-minute changes.
