30 hours a week, 2 weekdays and weekend.
£14.50 per hour

The Role:
We have an amazing opportunity for a Assistant Chef to join us at the busy Bedgebury Cafe. Working as part of an enthusiastic team who run the cafe. The main duties to include:
• Daily you will help organise and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided.
• You will help prepare, and present food to the highest quality.
• You will help with the ordering of stock.
• Serve hot and cold food to the visiting customers
• Identifying customer requirements with allergies
• Ensure all legislation and procedures are adhered to.
• Light kitchen duties, washing dishes and cleaning

• A willingness to learn new skills.
• A passion for catering in a busy environment.
• Experience in a kitchen environment required.
• 5 out of 7 days to include weekends and bank holidays.
