All-Rounder (Fixer, Administrator, Driver) Full-time

Job description

We are a construction logistics company that provides both SaaS solutions and consultancy and operational services. Our expertise spans logistics planning, waste management, and efficiency solutions for construction projects. Having worked extensively across Northern Europe, we are now taking steps to establish active operations in the UAE.

To support this expansion, we are looking for a versatile, hands-on, and resourceful person to join us full-time in the UAE. This role will be essential in helping us set up and manage various operational and administrative tasks as we grow our presence in the region.

Exemple Responsibilities when needed:

– Deliver and pick up documents, packages, small items an people
– Handle basic vehicle an facility-related tasks (renewals, servicing, etc.).
– Assist with visa applications, renewals, and other paperwork.
– Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and manage travel plans.
– Handle itinerary adjustments and last-minute changes.
– Buy supplies, equipment, or items needed for work.
– Arrange deliveries and coordinate with vendors.
– Take care of unexpected challenges—big or small.
– Help manage service providers, vendors, and government offices.
– Assist in basic hiring (finding staff, arranging interviews, etc.).

Who We’re Looking For:

– Based in the UAE with a valid UAE driver’s license.
– Fluent in English
– Reliable and responsible—we need someone we can count on all the time.
– Organized and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
– Basic knowledge of UAE government procedures is a plus.
– Not afraid of hands-on work—this job is about getting things done.
– No need for high-level management experience—this is a practical, problem-solving role.
