Admission Counselor

We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Officer with a strong sales background to join our growing institution. In this target-driven role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective students, combining your sales expertise with a passion for education to convert inquiries into enrollments. Your ability to understand student needs, articulate program benefits, and close enrollments will directly contribute to our institutional growth.

Location: Ajman

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist prospective students in understanding available academic programs, the admissions process, and career pathways.
• Provide tailored consultations to help individuals align their goals with suitable programs and improve enrollment success.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Manage the full admissions cycle while ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained within the CRM system.
• Analyze enrollment metrics to identify trends and suggest enhancements for process efficiency.
• Represent the institution at educational fairs, exhibitions, and community outreach events.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.

Qualifications:
• 3 to 4 years of demonstrated experience in student recruitment or educational sales, preferably within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a similar discipline.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
