Reporting to: Regional Manager

Job title: Administration Officer

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Administration Officer will support the administrative related tasks to different departments, assisting with tasks as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide administrative support to different departments, assisting with tasks as needed.

· Provide administrative support by managing emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

· Preparing Payments in Bank Portal as required

· Preparing Receipt Vouchers as required

· Maintain organized and accurate records, files, and documents for easy retrieval and reference Tracking and Assistance in Agency Related Invoices

· Handle incoming and outgoing shipments received in the office

· Handle all correspondence with high degree of independence, judgement, and discretion

· Maintain folders and updated information in shared folders and files.

· Take Minutes of Meeting

· Perform other duties assigned by the Regional Manager and the Group General Manager

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· Must have good communications skills

· Administration and organizational skills.

· Coordination skills and team player yet able to work independently

· Attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and able to work under pressure

· Must be computer literate – Able to use basic office applications (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Requires someone with great sense of urgency, high responsiveness and takes initiatives

· Diploma in Business Administration if any

· Fresh Graduates May Apply

· Office Based
