Winner Consulting Engineers is seeking a dedicated Admin Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
• Provide general clerical support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Support the team with various administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive and professional attitude.
